Traffic will move to the seaside on Central Promenade

Please be advised that traffic management arrangements will change on Central Promenade with an additional set of traffic lights being introduced at Castle Mona Avenue with the distance between traffic signals on Central Promenade being reduced in length at the same time. A small number of parking spaces in front of Central Apartments on Castle Mona Avenue will be removed. Temporary tarmac will be laid on the tram corridor over the next few days to create a new route for traffic. This work is weather dependent.

Residential access to properties on Clarence Terrace will be maintained throughout with pedestrians being diverted behind Clarence Terrace with all pedestrian routes being clearly signposted. For further details please see the traffic management below or click HERE  This element of highway and footway construction will be completed by the end of May.
