Empress Drive will close from Monday 14 June across the junction with Douglas Promenade. Access to the Empress Apartments car park will be maintained. This is to allow for footpath and highway construction. Mona Drive will reopen for exiting off the Prom with Castle Drive continuing for access to the Prom. Thank you to residents and motorists in this area for their patience.
